What is the Chocolate Rewards Program
The Chocolate Rewards program is our way of thanking our loyal customers for choosing to purchase online from Jacques Torres Chocolate. As a member you will receive discounts and exclusive offers sent to you via email. We look forward to treating you!
Eligibility
Membership if free. Once a member of Jacques Torres Rewards program you are eligible to immediately start earning points with online purchases. To earn points you must be signed into your account when making a purchase. Orders placed under a guest account are not eligible for points redemption.
You can sign up or login to your Rewards account on mrchocolate.com/account or by clicking on the member icon in the top right corner of our website.
Rewards are for online purchases and redemption only. They will not be honored in our retail stores. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Earning Points
For every $1 spent you’ll earn 1 point.
- 150 points = $10 off next order
- 350 points = Free Shipping
- 1,000 points= $100 off your order
- 1500 points = 20% off your order
- 2500 points = $200 off your order
- 5,000 points = $500 off your order
Redemption
Redeem points for discounts on your orders. Every $1 spent will earn you 1 point, once you reach 150 points you’re eligible to receive $10 off your next order. Once you earn 350 points you’re eligible for free overnight shipping. You’ll receive your reward codes by email or by logging into your account online and clicking on the My Rewards tab where you’ll see your point balance and available rewards. Copy the code and enter it into the promo code box at checkout. Each code is good for one time use and cannot be used with any other offers or promo codes.
Order subtotal value must be at least $10 to redeem rewards.
Rewards can only be redeemed on purchases made on mrchocolate.com. Points are not able to be redeemed anywhere other than mrchocolate.com.
Reward Code
Reward codes do not expire. Code valid on pre-orders with future ship dates. Code is not valid or applicable to previously placed orders. Offer is based on merchandise total and does not include taxes, shipping or any additional charges.
Reward code cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other offers and promos.
Refer a Friend
Refer a friend and you both get $15 off. We will send our friend a code for $15 off their first purchase and you will receive a code for $15 off your next order once they place their first order.
